How to Use:
It is a very versatile natural seasoning that can be used on roasted potatoes, on a bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, for a barbecue with friends, on steaks, roasts and all types of meat. Try it on fish, vegetables and for a richly flavoured pinzimonio (Italian special recipe). Or you can cut the potatoes into large wedges, marinate them in the garlic, and then pan-fry them in the hot lard.
It is impossible to remember where it can be used, but adapting it to our liking is an extraordinary discovery.
Ingredients:
aromatic herbs in varying proportions (rosemary, sage, laurel), salt, garlic.
